The process of my claim was made seamless and very easy… logged a request on the app within a few hours was called and assisted with my claim. Throughout the process they called to update me on the progress which showed transparency and urgency to get my issue resolved… Best Insurance ever
Telkom is so unprofessional , I called in in Jan to have my device insurance cancelled and got a confirmation and a ref number, a month later only to be debited for the account. Called in again to log a complaint but wow no one can put you through to a manager…what the hell? And only to be told I have to email the insurance department which they can’t even pick up my complaint that was initially logged. This is such a disgusting service reaping people off and unable to liaise with their own insurance departments.
The restaurant is the best in town , from fine dinning, live performances, professional service it’s definitely a 10/10
I am disgusted with the service I am getting from Russell's.... I bought a bedroom suite combo from them which broke into pieces in less than a year, luckily because it was under warranty I called several times without being assisted for them to repair or replace the furniture,finally after 4 months of waiting they sent people to collect it on the 22 October 2020.To date after collection I haven't heard anything from anyone, no phone call on update, no communication whatsoever. To make matters worse you the call center can never put you through to the manager or complaints department.. I sent an email to the manager and guess what no response... This is such an awful experience and would never recommend anyone to buy from this franchise... If possible I would like my money refunded back because wow this is so pathetic.. Regards Yv

I have complained several times no one has attended or bothered to resolve my query. However Cartrack keeps sending letter of demands but are unable to resolve how their services is pathetic
Car Tracker offers a disgusting service. After attempts of calling and canceling my policy with no success because the car was sold a year ago. Car track kept on debiting my account but not a single day was I called and asked that the car is parked at my usual place which I then question the use of their services if I no longer have the car but cartrack cared less to even render a courtesy call to find out what's happening but rather they quick to debit my account. Only after a debit order reversal now I'm getting calls, emails and sms. THIS IS A PATHETIC SERVICE EVER
