Beware. You place an order, and they never answer you back. Their emails don't work, they have no customer service, and they also don't answer their phones. I feel ****med, still cannot reach them for my order.
I received a double debit, one unknown. I'm trying to report and get in touch, but no answer. Should report fraud not always be there for you. It's 8.30am in the morning. I received a hefty penalty immediately, as obviously your needs are more important, so stay on the line, as your call is important to us. I'm leaving, going to Capitech 🙄

Very bad service. I have been phoned and messaged multiple times that my TV license account has been handed over. I emailed helpme@revco.co.za - but comes back as not being able to send. After trying over and over I talked to Bongile Ndawo - BongileN@revenueconsulting.co.za - who works there. I sent my proof of payment for each year, with my ID Number, but still being harassed every day with an SMS.
