Zigo Cmb promised to remove my name in July 2025 till to day i phone and no one gets back at me i was told the debt counsellor will phone me no one contacted me fix this my life is stuck
I had two loan accounts with capitec and due to missed payments, my accounts were sold to DMC. After the accounts were sold to DMC, DMC created their own accounts on my credit record with their own reference numbers, and the capitec accounts also remained on my credit records/reports. This year July i managed to settle the sold accounts with DMC, and they managed to remove the accounts they created on my credit record/reports using their own reference on my credit profile. Now since August i'm not getting any help from capitec to remove their accounts on my credit report, i called the credit bureaus and they telling me to advise capitec to request for updates because the reference number on the paid up letter i received from DMC is different from the one they have. I went to capitec again today and they referred me back to DMC, i then called DMC and they told me they removed their accounts of which it is correct they removed their accounts. Please hellopeter help me so that the capitec accounts can also be removed on my credit report, i think they are failing to take responsibility. Please capitec remove your accounts on my credit reports, i am not getting help from anyone at your offices.
I have been getting calls from MBD telling me i owe Standard bank R200 000 loan of which i know nothing about i phoned Standard Bank they also know nothing about it please help cause they are harassing me with calls!!!
some time ago i had cheque account with standard bank i stopped using the card i didnt go to Standard and close the card cause i didn’t know i will owe them if i stopped using the card now they handed over my account to MBD Credit Solutions...now the problem is i made arrangements to pay the account by the end of the month but they deducted the money on the 25th and i reversed the money cause that money is for the transport now today i got a call from a rude consultant she say its up to me to pay the account or standard bank will take legal actions against me i don’t like the way this consultant is speaking to me!!!
I took out a month to month sim card with Mondo Telkom being the service provider. Today i wanted to cancel the subscription, but telkom told me that i am on a 24 months contract and i have to pay R1500.00. I have never agreed for that to the mondo consultant and now i want to cancel without paying any cent.
