Please can I have some senior customer service person contact me, urgently!!!! Since yesterday I have been struggling to get any assistance or proper resolution for an issue from your side. I have dealing with such unprofessional and poorly trained agents, that are also ride and clueless.
Dekra Randburg has failed me as a customer who requested a technical inspection on my vehicle. They failed to pick up the damaged control arms on my vehicle which is costing me tons of money to replace. Very disappointing!!!
Rain quality of service has still not changed. Why are we still experiencing the lag or weak signal.....you guys should have jacked up services by now so we stop being interrupted
This is a company that does adverts on tiktok for companies, they are very sneaky and misleading with click bait tactics
The worst property agency I have ever encountered, totally unprofessional, inconsiderate and down r8ght unhelpful. They have ******* my family and I into paying a huge deposit for a rental on the pretext, that the property wil be in a fit and proper living condition for my family and I. Since, payments when we arrived on move in day, it been an absolute disaster. There was no renovation and maintenance done and we were forced to live on this property in such a messed up state. They never bothered to get full set of keys, security risk which led to a break-in on our third day in and incurred more losses, the agency just sits back and offers no assistance or help. They basically abandoned my family and i since they received two payments in full. The agency owner is an absolute down right selfish, unprofessional and inconsiderate idiot. The property is still in a mess and still no assistance, even after letting her know about the burglary. Please reconsider doing any business with these ************ agency. Instead of coming by to check on us, she does a drive by.
Does Rain call center still exists? Been trying to get through since this morning with no luck.....just adds to our frustrations.....

RAIN IS TREATING CUSTOMERS VERY POORLY AND ITS A SHAME HOW WE ARE GETTING CHEATED IN A SUBTLE WAY. EVERY MONTH WE HAVE SUBSTANTIAL DOWNTIME BUT OUR PAYMENTS REMAIN THE SAME. STOP THIS ****EN BULL****
