I was asked b a friend to look at their 10 year old Crosley Record player which had been damaged during moving house. I found a number of issues and called Crosley. Without any questions Crosley took the Record player and repaired it for me at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed with their Service we and a friend of ours bought one too. I wish all Companies offered Service like this.
I purchased tickets for the Kyalami 9 hour race this November back in June at a so called 'early bird' price. Then to my surprise I discovered they are now being sold a lot cheaper. I wrote to Howler who at first said they did not dictate the ticket price which is understandable, however today they wrote to me again and have refunded the difference, wow this is really customer friendly, well done to them.
