I have made a payment on the 20th of February through their link and now they said they are unable to locate the payment. Sent proof of payment but still no feedback. I had to use my own data to work but I have paid for wifi....... call several times with no help..... Rain customer service is the worst....
I have submitted my work duties and I received the respond that my practical experience provided not sufficient However I have re- submitted my duties again and there is no respond. I don't understand why I don't get my diploma because I am working at the bank and my duties corrospond with financial management that I did. I send the email more than twice to CallCentre@dhet.gov@za and even today, there's no feedback.
