The consultant Joshua is a sweetheart. Explained everything well to me as a first time purchaser. My sister recommended Rain for me as she's been using it for a while and is very happy with their product.

The worst restaurant in Bela-Bela. Worst service. The manager at Rusty Grille is a ******. He has no experience in customer service, he undermines his customers not knowing who's who. We felt belittled and humiliated by him raising his voice on us without hearing us first. He provoked my husband and threatened him. We felt unsafe in that restaurant. That restaurant focuses it's best service on white customers.

Frustrating Service Provider
MTN should be frank with their customers about the waiting period of a sim swap. You can't tell us to wait 24hrs knowing very well we wait for days and days. I was told to make follow-up by dailing *135# how when my sim card is not registered on the network? When you call in they tell you things you don't want to hear. *FRUSTRATED*
