I am so extremely frustrated with Buffalo Logistics. My SHEIN order has been in dispatch for almost 5 days and all the tracking information is wrong. When I phone in to the call centre I get told a different story each time. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? I need it specifically for an event tomorrow and every email has gone unanswered. There is no direct line to their Cape Town warehouse and I have no idea where my parcel is. This is terrible and I wish they would contact me back. Customer service like this in 2024 is shocking! You never ever get what you pay for with Netflorist. I surprised my hubby with (what I thought was) a nice bottle of whiskey in a stunning red gift box with ribbon and Lindt chocolate. The package arrived without the chocolate and ribbon in a standard low quality storage box. I am so upset. I paid a pretty penny for this. When are we going to take a stand against this company ripping us off.
I absolutely love Catch 22! Every time we dine here it is something to remember. They’re suitable for the entire family because they do steak, seafood, sushi, burgers and salads and they do it well! Friendly service, great prices and just such kind people. Please support this family run business after the hard lockdown!
