onboarding vantage was the fastest and easiest thing to do until it comes to clearing your name they would rather have you stay with a debt review flag on your name whilst you paid up your accounts here is how it went down Debt Review conclusion I need to bring the following to your attention. I have been paying R3300-00,00 every month since January 2024. April 2025, I increased the installment to R3600-00 so from April to July I paid R14 400-00 towards my debt and wanting to be free of debt. I requested balances in August which was sent by Zandile that amounted to R11605(email available for ease of reference), I then proceeded to further increase the monthly installment by R270-00 making the deduction now R3870-00 The balance provided was the amount left outstanding on the debt I owe. R3870*3= R11610 this means that the last installment was taken in October 2025. I spoke to so many agents telling me not everything was disclosed to me by Zandile I have kept really quiet and overlooked things that were out of your control 1. My husband's Capitec account was no longer being paid- no one could answer where those payments were allocated to. We have the statements that there's no need for me to request it from you, then we received a paid letter that no one could explain where it came from. Zandile was very helpful even though the useless Capitec couldn't assist her; they should do a background check on their staff. 2. I requested that my husband be removed from the dpcc insurance as i do not pay for his debt anymore he now has to pay capitec themselves due the negligence. Yet I still pay R135 for him; his ID number appears on the statement sent monthly. 3. I contacted Ayanda who confirmed over the phone that he would set up an automatic email to be sent to me once the final payment was made and I would receive the clearance letter or paid up letter once deducted, I never got the letter I knew something was up and that he's a ***** please* provide the call recording as you always state that your calls are being recorded, I would like to add the recording to this email and build my case as I see where this is going. I have been patient during this process. Please, I do not want to be debited again at the end of this month. I will escalate this matter to the ombudsman or contact those who have knowledge of such matters and get legal advice. Your guys were to ensure that the credit providers are being paid. I will take all my correspondence and make it known on every social media platform that you're running a **** until enough clients leave the processes and go through someone else better and honest. Despite all this I settled the accounts they said were outstanding now they couldn't be bothered getting the paid-up letters and to issue the clearance certificate. DO NOT GO UNDER DEBT REVEIW WITH VANTAGE PLEASE, go with someone else Please I would like my clearance/paid up letter and please notify the credit bureau that I have paid up all my debt please do not let this cause us to part on bad terms
My account was handed over, and I requested a settlement, and I paid off my debt you guys are failing to send the paid-up letter to the debt review company who cannot issue my clearance without the paid-up letter. this experience has been so horrible then you contact number goes straight to voicemail rather close down your company and let others do the job their meant to do
This is nothing new for SARS i'm sure you don't even have a designated department to attend to your social media complaints which makes me wonder if you have your 'favorites' when attending to clients. with this pandemic please get you procedures in order everything is already going to **** we'd like to claim our funds so we to can survive. I was told to make an online booking. Fine i did that they want my tax ref number i cant find it im human i called in they cant verify apartheid eras contact numbers i need to go in and update in order to do that i must make a booking in the damn booking it requires the sars tax ref number which again i dont have!!!!!!! So where am I getting? Nowhere I have not claimed once!!!!
SO I really hope that I am the first person who is writing a review on the pathetic service i experienced for the first time @ La Conga here in Boksburg i waited for over an hour only to hear the manager ask me if i want to wait for another driver because the first and only delivery attempt was unsuccessful because they didnt find me there! when they just delivered there today!!!!
