Nothing special with and at Specialized.
One of my goals this year was to complete the Ironman 5150 African Series. Although I did not finish my Ekhuruleni race because of Specialized Bicycle in Lynnwood, forgetting to put back the axle bearing on my rental bike during a service. I have not recieved my series medal because this happened. I worker gard for this. The only reply was that they will give me a R2000 voucher to spend at their shop. I have paid over R60,000.00 for my sport this year and I feel that you robbed me from a goal and bicycle. I was told if I complete all the events that I shall get a new TT bike from a mentor of mine. This is unacceptable and I feel that the branch’s technical department were at fault and negligent. Specialized Bicycles
