Don't renew your disc license through them. I have been waiting for almost 2 months. I paid my license and the admin fee. Send numerous emails, which they state that it will be done in 10 working days. They don't reply to my emails, they don't phone me and they also don't want to refund my money. I am very furious about this. No positive reply or outcome or even my money I get back. In my eyes is that they stole from me. Please don't renew your disc their.
I got a call from platinum life to get a policy at your company, which I accepted. I spoke to her on 13th July, until date I have not received any details that would have been send to me to start my policy. I am tired of waiting. Therefore I request that my policy be stopped and debit order also stopped that was taken from my bank of R192. 83. Got a mail back from them on the 2nd Oct they will contact me in the next 72hrs. And no surprise, I am still waiting. And I am also waiting for my money to be refunded. Feel like making a police case.
I am absolutely beyond livid. There's a lady works there Duane. Every time the doctor bescribe something to me she has such an issue and query everything like she is a doctor. When I tried to talk to the manager this morning about her she put the phone down in my ear. This is not the first time. Like she has some issue with me personally. When I asked the manager can I get my prescription to go to another pharmacy her words exactly "then come ****ing pick it up" and she put to phone down in my ear. They should not to business as the managers words were I don't care either.
