Simple and clear sign-up
The sign up with Dotsure was easy and the consultant Astin Moses discussed the options with me openly and clearly. I am hoping the rest of my experience with Dotsure is as pleasant as the sign-up.

Well-managed Shelter
We previously adopted two wonderful dogs from other shelters, but our experience with Kitty and Puppy Haven, where we adopted our third puppy, Albert, has been exceptional. While our experiences with other shelters were positive, Kitty and Puppy Haven is by far the best-managed shelter we have worked with. The animals are in excellent condition when made available for adoption, and their living arrangements are of a very high standard. Their thorough background and compatibility checks demonstrate that the long-term wellbeing of the animals is their top priority. I can only speak highly of them.

Finchoice - fake account created in my name
Finchoice allowed an account to be created in my name without my permission. Finchoice somehow obtained by bank account details and deposited 3 amounts (I'm guessing a loan) into it. I also got an sms from Finchoice saying that my phone number has been successfully changed. I called them to tell them that I never opened an account with them and said they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't. A month later Finchoice debited 3 amounts from my bank account. I called Finchoice again. They read me the payslip amount that was submitted under my name and it wasn't my company/salary. They, therefore, inadvertently admitted that they accepted fake payslips in opening an account in my name. I asked them to close the account and they said they can't help me until I get a case number from the police. I went to the police they said they can't give me a case number until I have proof of fraud. I don't have proof, because Finchoice refuses to share the fraudulent payslips with me. Catch22. Still waiting to hear back from Finchoice regarding my concerns after I emailed them the above story. I just want to pay back the remaining loan amount that I never asked for and close the account I never opened.
