I am not happy with the level of service from Vincent Gumpo - he has consistently and simply ignored my requests for him to either 1. provide me a confirmation that a bank transfer proof of payment that I have submitted | provided was indeed for the treatment received on 18 December 2023 2. Or, in the event that it wasn't, provide clarity on what the payment effected on 15 April 2024 was actually for then. Instead, I received a response that is worded with a threat of handing the account to attorneys - which smacks of bullying if the information requested to substantiate or to confirm what the payment made was actually for which treatment then. has not been provided
I am appalled at the lack of service that I m experiencing with Momentum short term insurance. First I could not register my claim for a burst geyser -because their call centre number quoted on policy documents -does not work after hours: The geyser burst on Saturday afternoon. This means that I've had to wait until Monday to log a claim. I spoke to an advisor who assisted with registering the Claim on Monday morning. I emphasised that the Company that will be involved with installing the geyser needs to first phone me for arrangements to enter my home. Yesterday after I followed up with Momentum -only then was I told that the contractor has been to my property twice -there is not one there. I communicated very clearly that no one needs to be sent there -without making prior arrangements - but it happened anyway. I also said it is best of Momentum supplies me with contact details, so I can phone the geyser contractor. I do not have a contractor contact number from Momentum - what I do have is a burst geyser, cold water, obnoxioius person with a title Advisor or Legal advisor sending me a couldn;t care email about how all of this was my fault -well not in so many words, but s/he may as well said the words -when the were missed called, I would presume from the contractor who will as murphy will have it, will call when I'm meetings and there is no voicemail saying call this number . Today is Wednesday afternoon - no one has done anything about my claim - I do not have any calls from the contractor contracted to Momentum. what will happen is that since it's month-end, the debit order will go off for a premium for a service that I'm not getting from Momentum Short term insurance. Good luck to you -if you need to claim from Momentum for something as essential utility as a burst geyser. I hope you have a much better experience than I have had since placing that call on Monday morning -having had to wait Saturday late afternoon, the whole of Sunday -just to log the claim -because Momentum Short Term insurance does not keep burst geyser hours. Oh--h, I forgot to mention that the person who helped me log the claim on Monday said, there is an after hours number that I could have dialed - goodness knows why that number wouldn't be provided with the rest of the information -in the policy documents. I am very disappointed with Momentum Short term insurance
