Very professional and took the stress out of our move.
I applied for home internet in July 2018 and after several attempts for installation, I was informed that there's no fiber lines in my area close to my house and that they need to close the job card. Well, 4 months later I received a final notice on a Telkom account I'm in arrears with an not paying. I phoned the accounts call center where they logged the call, escalated the query and reversed everything as the account was not closed on their side. Another 6 months later, I receive a final letter again - again I had to phone Telkom and do everything as previously. Now, when I tried to apply for finance on a new vehicle, I was informed that the bank declined my application because I'm on ITC for my Telkom account which is in arrears. ***???? I've been wasting my time and money, phoning them the entire time to get this account closed, that was never active. How difficult is it, to close the account. Now I have a bad credit record because people are to incompetent to do their job and just close the account!!!!!
