Bad customer service
I have never been refused assistance when collecting my pre packed medication, today I was told that if I want to add anything I should go back to the end of the line and start waiting all over to get the additional medication. This was done by a Locum pharmacist. I am going to take my monthly prescriptions and give them in at another pharmacy who is willing to do bussiness.

The service and customer service is up to ****. They are not willing to even take a deposit to keep a table for 10 people. Was told we should do what we want. Apparently the business owners in South Coast does not want any business even in this tough economic times

POOR AND UNTRUTHFUL SELLING OF PRODUCTS
I have never had to deal with such incompetent people in my life before. This people sell you a product with false information and when you want to cancel the product it is nearly impossible. I have phoned 10 times logged calls and have different reference numbers that i received confirming to me that the cancellation process is in progress and when my lines get blocked again i was told by someone else who assisted me that the cancellation was NEVER given through. I have had my Vodacom contracts since 1992 and never had to struggle like this or for that matter never had this issue. I am ready to close my whole portfolio and go to prepaid as this is ridiculous situation. I would suggest that they send the people working in Rewards Department to get training on the products they want to sell to the clients to inform them correctly before they sell anything and also get these people educated properly. I had wonderful, helpful people assisting me at Vodacom itself to try and unlock my lines and resolve my issues and then i had to deal with rude people as well as rude supervisor who even put the phone down while i was still talking to them. Now if that is customer relations they really need to re look at training their staff. Thank you to the hand full that really tried to assist me the best way they can. unfortunately it takes one bad apple to ruin the batch.
