Swimmatix was an overall terrible experience for my son and for me too
Horrible experience from day 1. Their top priority is that they want your money. I was charged a surprise bill of over R1000 for the first month even though he only joined halfway through that month, two sessions, first month, over R1000 and when I phoned to question the bill the accounts department spoke at me, not with me, and you are just bugging them, so just pay what they tell you to pay and don't ever question. The accounts person was very rude and zero customer care skills. Regarding the actual swimming lessons, I would jot recommend this school because their manner is to force your child to do as they're told and if the child is traumatized by them they say it is normal. I canceled because I do not believe my son will grow to love swimming in the traumatic approach Swimmatix employs. There are other gentle, happy swimming school environments but Swimmatix is absolutely 100% not a happy, joyful experience.

Edgars Customer Care is unprofessional and lazy
I called 011 891 8000, I chose option 3 for late payments because I would like to accept your settlement discount offer. Unfortunately, the customer care consult who answered the call was not in the mood to assist me and she ended the call after I gave her my home address and my ID number. I was unable to provide my very old cellphone number because I used that number many years ago. ALL I WANT IS TO SETTLE. But your rude and lazy customer care consultant will not assist me. I asked her if I could supply my reference number, she said "Eh?" And then she ended the call. Now I know that Edgars employees are lazy and are only there for the salary. Please call me to settle my bill 0627989006. I hope you do call. Thanks Edgars...

Criminal activities
All they want is to sign you up and take your money each month. When I ask why I have been paying for months without contact from them, they do not reply. My son loves the camera and I signed up believing them when they told me they will be in touch. I am being ignored. I will be taking this further. They are nothing short of criminals. Please do NOT sign up with celebrities casting agencies. Rather sign up with an agency who does not take money from you monthly. You have been warned. Also notice how they do not reply to any complaints in here, it is because they do not care. They only want your money.
