No VAR is needed with this review, it's a straight red card for them. Signed up months ago but still no casting call up but they deduct their monthly fee every month. No communication from them what so ever.

Please don't join them.It will the biggest mistake you make.A recruitment agent of them stopped us in Cpe Gate mall to get my daughter to join their agency.They sweet talk you so much that you believe them.We paid R500 for a photo shoot to be on their books.They said it's a year contract now that we want to cancel membership they say it's a 2 year contract.They blocked me from commenting on social media aswell.There is another lady that contacted me with the same problem.They never call you for casting jobs.They deduct money from our account every month.The agent i signed up with blocked me from his whatsapp.please don't believe their lies.Oh and the agency is in Plattekloof,western cape.They even removed their keypad buttons from their entrance so that no unhappy cliënts bother them.

My two boys and I have been with the agency for a couple of years. Signing up with the agency is the best decision that we have ever taken. We have been on various TV ads and we have also been cast as background cast for a number of local TV dramas. Staff members have been family to us. Kudos to the agency. I really look forward to better opportunities in the future. Well done. So proud of you.

My two boys and I have been with the agency for a couple of years. Signing up with the agency is the best decision that we have ever taken. We have been on various TV ads and we have also been cast as background cast for a number of local TV dramas. Staff members have been family to us. Kudos to the agency. I really look forward to better opportunities in the future. Well done. So proud of you.

shocking shocking .... rip off and thieves. They conned us into signing up and we went ans spent a fortune on portfolio pictures and never heard from them again. never one single call for a casting. That was a good three years ago, and they have steadily been debiting my account since then. As mentioned in other reviews, they ignore and refuse to stop taking the money. Ive cancelled/stopped the debit order with the bank, but these criminals are smart and merely change the reference number, so the bank system sees it as a different beneficiary. Its theft and fraud. I am going to open a case against them and perhaps if enough people do this they can be stopped

All they want is to sign you up and take your money each month. When I ask why I have been paying for months without contact from them, they do not reply. My son loves the camera and I signed up believing them when they told me they will be in touch. I am being ignored. I will be taking this further. They are nothing short of criminals. Please do NOT sign up with celebrities casting agencies. Rather sign up with an agency who does not take money from you monthly. You have been warned. Also notice how they do not reply to any complaints in here, it is because they do not care. They only want your money.

All they want is to sign you up and take your money each month. When I ask why I have been paying for months without contact from them, they do not reply. I cant really remember when but I paid R150 each for both my kids last year at KC (Kenilworth centre) and put their names on firm to join this agency. Can't ever remember signing a contract. I then did some thorough research and found out that no other agency knew about this company CCA. I was disappointed to have lost the R300 and called to tell them that I will no longer be bringing my kids for a photo shoot as I thought that with no solid info regarding this company, it might be a scam. A scam it was!!! today they sent me a long sms saying that I have not honored my agreement of attending a photoshoot with my kids, and because I have not, they will hand me over if I do not pay a fee of R 1200!!!! How???? People! This company is a complete scam and something needs to be done very soon before they scam more and more people!! I have never given this company any of my bank details so they could not debit my account or anything. Thank goodness for that!

I took out a contract with cell c in Jan 2017 and with the contract i took out insurance aswell. There was no stock for the phone i requested they went out of their way to order me a phone everything went well and service was good or so I thought. Everything went sour when my phone broke and i took it in on the 4th of November at the Southgate branch. I recieved a quotation for the phone and i asked why i had to pay when i have insurance. They told me that I had to go back to the store i filled in a claim form and recieved a message saying that I dont have insurance on my phone. My mom called the carlton centre branch and they told her we should come to carlton centre they will sort it out. When we got there we spoke to a consultant he called the insurance and they said that I dont have insurance they asked me if they have been debiting my account I said that I dont know as it is only R70 any amount under R100 doesnt reflect on my balance and I never checked as the money for the phone went off on my account so the money for insurance went off. Therafter they said that it was never taken off my account and there was nothing that they could do. We then told the consultant that we have nothing to do with that because its not our fault that the insurance was not activated as I have proof that i requested insurance and an email that the consultant at carlton centre sent the insurance for activation. So we told the consultant that he should figure something out and get back to us with feed back as they have my details. Days later I did not recieve any feedback and on the 21st Nov I called the carlton centre branch and I asked for the manager I then asked him how far are they do they have any feedback for me he called the consultantthat we spoke to instead of only asking him for feed back and assisting me he gave the phone to the consultand and when i asked him what him what feedback he has for me he told me with an attitude that as he told me the previous time that there is nothing that he could do.... So I assume that he didnt follow up or try to resolve it for me..... I then asked him so what do I do now because all Im getting is problems and not solutions and he then very rudly told me he isnt the one who is supposed to be resolving this its not his problem and i then rudly told him that he should have told me that when i was at the store and i would have spoken to the person he then told me "Dont you dare speak to me like that" so meaning that cell c consultants are meant to be rude and customers should just subject... He told me that i should phone head office and tell them what happened....... so i should be the one doing their jobs i dont see why i should be the one phoning as i dont work at cell c or c surrance to be explaining their mistakes.. I then told the consultant that since no1 can give me solutions and only problems i will give him two its either they will sort this mess out or i will take it further.... The guy then was quiet for a long time i tried getting his attention for a long time i dnt know if he was ignoring me or waiting for me to get tired and drop the call i the cut the call and no1 has contacted me since .... But either way its rude and unprofesional to do that... I am really disgusted and dissapointed with cell c service as i regret going to cell c it has been one and a half months already without a phone and no1 has contacted me with feedback
