This evening I bought 4 meals, the ladies served us the left over burnt bits AS CHIPS. I`m not sure if we were the last order and therefore they didnt prepare fresh chips, we ended up throwing our chips to the dog. What a waste of money, its bad enough that we have to wait 20-30 min for our food, and you serve us left over s****s.
Ladies toilet very disgusting and my table was not cleaned. Looked abit sticky when I got seated.
Very little customer in store but they make you stand at entrance looking really lost. And it happened to several other customers as well whist observing from inside. Staff just walking up and down. Was seated for a while and no one assisted as I'm writing this review I'm still not assisted.
Multichoice has been billing me double evry month, the first month i was stupid enough to pay the incorrect amount the first time round in April and ever since im waiting on my refund, no one ever called me back Ive spent 100`s of rands on calls the phone either dies or the staff blatantly lies.
I ordered at 2pm - it's more than 2 hrs now and no delivery (that's okay ) the gentleman Ntando was extremely sarcastic and rude when I followed up. Debonairs Zevenwacht
I have asked for my paid up letter on multiple occassions, your consultants keep promiing me that it will be sent. Ive given my details how many times already, what else must I do? You are quick to get the money but your after sale service sucks big time I will never use you ever again. Ive been paying R200 pper month after they told meI only pay R100 for 2 kids, its been a year and my kids pictres do not even feature on their site. I would like to cancel this agreement.
This morning the online order app was offline, and I unfortunately missed getting an opportunity to order breakfast but Im used to that already - that is not my complaint. I then decided to take a walk to McDonalds KuilsRiver, got there ordered my meal, came to my office and my top patty on the big Mc Meal was half (I do have a pic)look like it was broken or bit on. I took it back, branch manager is off today, Asanda helped me nicely, but the staff in the kitchen burst out laughing as she replaced my meal (the kitchen is visible to the customers. So i wanted to know if Im a joke or what exactly the joke was. You do not serve food to anyone that looks like that, I paid for it for crying out loud, but the fact that the staff laughed in my face was really disappointing.
I bought an iron from Game Zevenwacht Mall about 2-3 months ago, I have only been using the iron for over a month and the iron just stopped working. I unfortuantely do not have the receipt, however I do have the box. All I asked is for a new iron, can be a cheaper iron, doesnt even have to be the same brand. Th elady at customer service told me sorry they cannot help as the supplier will not refund them for helping me.
I bought my cellphone and returned it, this is the 2nd phone i returned for the same problem. Its been more than 2 months and i havent heard a word. I would like a refund asap because in the 2 months i had a buy a new phone at your competitor.
