Bernina Paarl
Never in my life have I encountered such rude, sour and condescending women in my life! The lady who answers the phone has no customer or telephone etiquette whatsoever! On top of that, the lady who assisted with prices on accessories that I requested made it very clear that this was way too much work and effort for her. They clearly hate their job! Bernina please get better ambassadors to represent your amazing brand.

I have been begging for my deposit back! Agent said 21 days, it has now been 61!!! Worst property management agency ever!!! Don’t EVER use them!!!!!! Pathetic and useless!!!
