100% false advertising Ive had their rooter for almost a month now. There no network. Everytime I call I get taken from pillar to post. They will make you speak to 5 service agents before attending to your matter then make you hold on the the line for an hour only for that last person to tell you they will call back. I'm so tired of their incompetence. They are very quick to deliver a rooter that doesn't work only to waste your time. This network is absolute r***sh
