We paid for a massage online We called and made our appointment, drove all the way and when we got there no one bothered to open the gate, we rang the bell over and over again with no answer. We then contacted them to tell them their bell wasn't working and they insisted we need to use bell... They refused to open the gate! They refused to answer our calls! We then left only to receive a phone call 30 minutes as we had reached home. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here!
Hi Please can someone help me? I keep logging tickets to have my apartment connected ISP-500588 ISP-501168 CT-953-60308 RFL-261-63417 With no success I have been struggling with this since May I have to get in touch on Whatsapp every day because no one gets back to me. All they say is We've escalated the ticket and wait 24 hours for a response. However, no response is ever given. This is a list of people who have done nothing to help me: Geraldo J. - He told me it will take up to 72 hours on the 28/05 (Tried to help) Mali R. - Told me I'll be connected on the 02/07 (Tried to help) Portia M. - Told me I'll be connected by the 05/07 latest by the 07/07 (Tried to help) Nhlanhla M. - (Wasn't really helpful) Gershom M. - ( Closed my chat after I didn't respond in 3 minutes...) Phakamisani T. - Told me I'll have internet by the 07/07 Fumani R. - (Was rude) Ntombi H - (Didn't even bother trying to help, just disconnected) Schalk P - (Tried to help) Maria M. - (Was not helpful) Mbalenhle M. - ( Was rude) Gomolemo M - (Tried to help) Amukelani.Z (Tried to help) Veronica C (Tried to help) Tshimangadzo (Tried to help) Tsumi M (Tried to help) I have spoken to 16 people over the space of 2 months and I am no closer to having internet Nor do I even know when I will get internet. I have been unable to work effectively over the last 2 months due to this issue and thus my income has been directly impacted. Please advise when I will be getting internet I won't be waiting another 2 months to be connected Please help Stacey
