Your service is bad when it comes to repairs. We logged a call for repairs of a washing machine in November 2021. You've been waiting for spare parts and we're not getting updates. We have to be the ones following up. When you bring in new technology, remember to keep spare parts for your previous models.
We paid Glee Media for our Email and Website hosting. The emails and the website are forever down. We have sent several emails to the owner, Lerato Mmapoti who blatantly ignores our emails (zero response). This is impacting our business as our appointments are booked on the website or by emails. Our marketing material has this email address that we don't have access to.
Bought a Shaker Solo for R3 499 in September 2019, the machine fell in Nov 2019. Ikhokha cannot help with the repairs. This is unacceptable. The support team said the machines are manufactured in Bulgaria and there are no technicians in South Africa to fix. Ikhokha, did you think your business model through? What do I now do with the broken machine? In 2 months, I lose R3499 due to your lack of planning and strategizing. Where is the after sales here? Even Huaweis and Apples can be fixed. Ikhokha pleads do the right thing. Do you even disclose to your customers that your product cannot be repaired? I am ready to take you on. You need to close the loop, otherwise you ruin your brand and reputation.
