Be careful when dealing with Pretoria appliance and Tv.
This company is under liquidation and also this company is no longer a Samsung agent but its still advertising itself as such. Take your items there at your own risk.

Jam clothing is unfair when it comes to exchanging items.
I bought a pair of sunglasses at Jam bosman/ station square on the 1st of December. On the 2nd I returned them because I wanted a different shade, they were still intact with the stickers, tag and receipt and packacking. To my surprise Jam clothing staff told me they do not exchange sunglasses. I have no problem with a company's returns policy. But they should state on the receipt that they do not exchange certain items. Or at least put a notice on the sunglasses section. The sunglasses were NOT on sale and they do not fall under underwear. I had proof of purchase and it was within ten days. I had every right to get an exchange according to their exchange policy. But unfortunately I was turned away.
