DISGUST/SCANDALISE
I decided to book a last minute break away for 2023. payment was done online and money taken from my bank account. on arrival, Leonard the caretaker was uncomfortable as he had no accommodation available for us (2 bedroom, sleeping 4), but showed us the room that was advertised on booking.com anyway. This establishment is NOTHING as advertised. from blood stained bedding, to molud in the bathrooms, dirty toilet, and definitely not a 2 bedroom. the mountain view mentioned, might be visible if you get onto the roof. The braai facility is in shambles, not a functioning braai in sight. The pool area is an empty jacuzzi, when we asked about it, we were told that they can fill it up but is to functioning as we can use that as a swimming pool. This establishment is rated 4 stars. I have all the photos to prove the disgusting state of this place. my next stop in department of tourism. It's a pity i cannot post the photos and video here for all to see

Debit orders
Besides reporting this debit order to FNB , nothing has been done and the debit orders was still being deducted from my account. I spoke to a gentleman last month on the 5th and he assured me that this will be cancelled, just to get a notification that they are trying to debit my account. Calling them again this morning, Bevan answered the call, yawning while trying to assist me. The most unprofessional company i have ever known. Almost impossible to get debit orders cancelled from this company.

Fals advertising
We were recently book in to Two Palms @ La Lucia 29 Nov to 1 Dec. This place is NOTHING like they asvertise on Air B&B. Filthy, dusty, rude management, especially Christene. - not allowed to use aircon - not allowes to smoke on the premises - backyard is covered with dog poo When we asked for a fan, it was disgustingly dusty and blew the dust all over the bedding. I would definately not recomment this air B&B. Should you wish to see pictures of what I've taken, i will be happy to share. This air B & B should be banned from doing business. The pictures used for advertising is FAR from what you get.
