Bought car in Oct 2024 cash at 168k , discovered in December that two rims on car has crack in it...I replaced it ...Now today 5= months later I want to trade in to buy something else and guess what (Im no car spray painter so I had no idea) They discovered the car was completely resprayed ..Inspector also found some dent under the engin somewhere meaning the car was probably in accident somewhere along the line.This is so unacceptable..Im now wanting to request the contract of sale and getting no joy as I would like to review it again since I bought it cash and trusted the dealer cause they have such good reviews .Im ow left disappointed and want everyone to know so they done make the same mistake.Also if anyone can help me I want to take this further and make sure they dont do this to other people.So if you bought from them before just get We Buy cars our any place that buy cars ...youll discover something people dont be fooled.I will be leaving it at this for sure
Mancosa is by far the worst Institution ever,countless emails ,countless phone calls no response,or in fact an automated reply after weeks to say query has been resolve.Who did you resolve it with? With me? I studied with Mancosa since 2019, in my first years I failed two modules and had to re register, which I did.I wrote those two modules and passed.I continued my studies and upon "completion" enquired about my graduation.My enquiry about graduating took weeks to be attended to then finally I was told that I have outstanding fees.I managed to resolve this as fees were paid and I could provide proof.After this was resolve I never heard from them again.I tried contacting them ...eish more than many times by phone by email...no response.I was never informed but I noticed on my "completion letter " that one modules was not on there , I then made enquiry and was never email or phoned....but noticed on the Mancosa app that I apparently failed one of those modules in my first year....????? This is so strange as I received my statement of results for that modules and I passed with 67 percent,I was then informed that I failed to meet sub minimum..after two years when I was just about to graduate. This does not make sense to me as I receive the statement of results two years ago, and still have the proof... No one has ever contacted me in 2 years or updated their system,how is this even possible? I need someone to really phone me and explain it to me please.Even worst thin is that I landed a new job opportunity, and provided proof of completion but upon the vetting process my organization found that "according" to their records my qualification is incompleted,(what? when I received a final statement of results that stated qualification achieved.I was then made out to be unethical in stating that I have a qualifications but did not complete and the position was given to someone else.I now lost a job opportunity as well as motivation.And feel like all this hard work of past 3and half years is down the drain.If they can reply to emails and phone calls that would be great, how can one person what for telephonical assistance and keep holding on phone till it eventually goes off.Honestly I stayed on line for almost 2 hours once and still no answer.
I paid my policy on time to a ladies that works at your Bethelsdorp branch her name is Sharmaine Natlazo and Zelda .The two works together..so Sharmaine would collect premiums every month on time.When I had to claim with my moms passing now in June..they took 3 weeks with my claim only to advise me that it has lapsed twice and were re instated.So what I paid every month how is this possible..what can I do.I have contacted the Ombudsman but has not receive any feedback.This lady also works with Prosper Care funerals.This make me think that these two ladies are scamming poor people.Disguisting...Your day is close...
After months of continuous (almost daily) calls from NRB risk Solutions ,I was finally able to request a settlement amount on an outstanding account as I am in the process of clearing my negative credit history.I receive the letter of settlement amount almost immediately after I have requested it, and paid (settled the account) the same day.After receiving a email that payment was received I still took it upon my self to send POP and then requested my paid up letter.To this day almost a month ago...I have not received my PAID UP letter...So someone help me is this how it works....you called me none stop to pay...when I paid ...now they dont even respond to my emails or calls...I NEED my paid up letter URGENTLY...AS URGENT AS YOU NEEDED ME TO PAY...NRB risk solutions..your service and work ethic is pathetic..How long do I need to wait...Festive is approaching and I need my letter to conclude a deal.
