Last night I had the ********** experience of shopping at PnP Eerste River there were only 4 cashiers on duty with the 10 items or less only being able to operate using bank cards. I asked to speak to the manager ( trainee manager) who politely informed me the rest of his staff never pitched. 1. It is the 01st of the month most people especially the pensioners do their shopping on the 1st of the new month. 2. Is there no way to do staff planning and to have a backup plan, having temps? 3. The store is located in an area with middle to lower-income households, but we do have our dignity and deserve service just as much as the more affluent areas. As PnP is moderately new, we would like to continue supporting the store but not at the expense of us consumers being treated as a nuisance. Thank you to the cashier (Hazel?) despite the pressure of the long queue you managed to carry on with such effort.
Thank you to Ms. Anmarie Louw from Anna and May. Your service , professionalism and energy is so refreshing. I have enjoyed my interaction and time spent liaising with your company and have only positive feedback to give. The products were also received in a record time. Well done on striving for excellent service and for the quality we have received.
After multiple correspondences to have a refund made as per Their policy, no communication has been received which is so disappointing. Numerous calls and emails to no avail.
Thank you to Warren and Carmen for making our visit one for the books. Great food and fantastic service.
Thank you to Milandri Jacobson and the staff for the exceptional service. My colleagues and I attended a workshop yesterday and would like to say thank you so much for the professional and friendly staff at Lanzerac. From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to many more visits in the future.
Special thank you to Stacey from Sorbert Drakenstein!
As a "student " at CTU , you'd expect after payment for a course you would be able to have access to documentation that you would be able to include in your portfolio of evidence. A year later and the necessary documents are still not available.
My niece spent two days at Eeratw River Post Office waiting to be assisted, today she has been there since 6:30 am and just before 16:00 ahw waa turned away the service is so slow and yes we understand with the Covid regulations, but from 6:30 until 16:00 and to be turned away is disgraceful and I feel that there are so many people who also feel the same way and there is a supposed system in place but there is no order and we must keep going back and forth what about ill and elderly people. Is it because of the area we ate un that the service is so pathetic?
I would like to commend Prenusha Maduray for the prompt and friendly assistance I received
Please read your emails, to be bombarded with never-ending emails advertising courses which are not applicable to the reader is a nuisance. Going from pillar to post and still no removal of their distribution list
