This is the worst municipality. For the past two days there was intermittent power failures at Block DD. Now my appliances are damaged because of this *********** individuals who doesn't respect us and do as they please.
This company is ***********, they don't care about their customers. My wife and I still waiting for our iPhone but their tracker says they have delivered the phones and my wife also received the congratulation text from them but we don't have the phones. Question is, how can you deliver to the wrong address. It clearly shows that this company doesn't care about us. **** you all actually. And you will pay for thus.
TymeBank consultant are ****s. She told me that my bank declined the DebiCheck and I have spoken to my bank and there's no such thing. How can you lie to a customer? This is purely dishonesty.
This bank is inconsiderate of their customers. I've sent an email and there's bo response. My loan was approved but till today I haven't received anything from them. I've been waiting for DebiCheck and it's 4 days now. This is incompetency at the highest level.
I bought NP200 this February which was super and beautiful. In July I gave it to my brother to drive to Northern Cape but funny thing. When you drive 50-100 know long without changing gear it kills fuses. I've claim it but my warranty said that they don't pay for any electronically. I'm going to take the bakkie back to the dealership and stop paying for it because I don't owe them anything.
This people are call me and fost me that I'm overdebted and that's all lies because I know my affordability and I'm monitoring my credit score. He wanted to put me under debt review and I've refused and I've told him that if he put me under debt review without my consent I'll sue them. I'm so tired of this bogus financial institution and I've communicated with the Ombudsman to investigate this company and close them down because they're unprofessional.

On Thursday (15/08/2024) I went to Absa Wonderpark branch to submit my FICA documents,i.e. ID & Proof of Residence. The customer service consultant assisted me however my account profile still says it is not up to date, and I know when I did it at the branch it needs to be up to date immediately after I signed to verify that they've received my documents. I'm really disappointed with this service and it's inconveniencing me big time. Please resolve this urgently.
We are not happy with Royal Funerals in Block TT. Their service is very much poor and they don't respect the client. My wife has challenges since Monday to claim for funds. Now the funeral is Saturday at Rustenburg and all the documents are sent via email to them but they complain that they have to print it out. How can you print out something that is emailed to you? You just need to forward it to the claiming department to process the funds. This is inconveniencing us and we're angry with the service there. They are unprofessional and ***********.
