On my second visit (the first having been pleasant enough) the manager lashed out at me in front of my guests. We were supposed to be out by 2pm, although they had no guests coming in. We were braaing and it took longer than expected. But we weren't troubling anybody. Anyway, it seems someone complained and the manager came down on me from a dizzying height. She even threw in my face the fact that she had given my visitors a discounted rate! She was rude and petty. I think she hoped we would drive off after dropping the key. So she hid away when we knocked at the front office. It was only after phoning her that she opened for us. She seemed sheepish and made some excuse about needing a holiday. We offered to pay the full price for the visitors, but she was having none of it. She then went on to withhold the deposit, claiming that we broke a kitchen door (it was broken when we got there). They obviously need training in customer relations.
I took my car in for a service on Monday, 9 December. It had been making a funny noise. They returned the car, having ordered the parts to fix my leaking right side engine mount. On Wednesday, while driving in a suburb my car broke down. The tow truck driver pointed out that the front left wheel had only one nut fastening it in place. Someone picked up the other nut on the roadway. We towed the vehicle to Audi Centre Westrand. I was in a state of shock. And yet, the service centre still managed to squeeze me for five hundred bucks for new wheel nuts! Thus, not only did they NOT pick up the fault when they inspected the car for worn front brakes but they also had the gall to make me pay for their oversight!
I have since returned which caused chemical burns to my daughter's face. Once again Khoelife's owner Yvette Abrahams is giving me the run around. The product range remains on the website, marketed for babies and I have no way of knowing if they have sent it in for testing.

I took my car in for a roadworthy check last Friday. Five days later, my left front tyre nearly came off. The technician missed the fact that there were loose and missing nuts holding the wheel in place. They marked my wheels as safe. Manager refuses to give me a refund.
the organic soap range for babies caused chemical burns on my two year old daughter's face. This happened in July. To date, I haven't had any joy. They have given me the run around about collecting the defective product for testing as well as consistently refusing to pay my refund
