Audi Centre Westrand
Based on recent customer reviews, Audi Centre Westrand faces severe criticism across sales and after-sales service. Customers report being sold vehicles with undisclosed mechanical faults, including engine issues and missing accessories. Communication is a recurring failure, with calls and messages going unanswered. Multiple reviewers describe feeling ignored, misled, or dismissed by management, particularly regarding warranty disputes and unresolved complaints. Personal items have reportedly gone missing during servicing without investigation. One positive experience highlighted a helpful sales consultant named Kagiso during a used vehicle purchase.

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.

*********, dishonest, *****ulent idiots! Bought a bakkie that is just a mess! Took it for a full diagnostics at Ford. Sent it back to Audi they can all of a sudden not find the faults Ford found and claims everything is good. Endless promises to return the vehicle everyday and they just don't pitch. The Bidvest report says it's a single cab when it's a cab and a half, the report states that everything passed including oil etc and then the manager wants to say that the oil leaks are new when ford pointed it out and showed us where the old oil was just wiped off. The manager claims it's just a standard checklist that gets done when they purchase a vehicle to make sure it wasn't in a accident etc but we had at it at panel beaters confirming accident damage. We have spent 30k out of our pockets thus far to get the vehicle in a presentable condition and as far as the mechanical part goes we are getting little to no assistance. They owe us money for repairs, diagnostics etc that is also just empty promises to pay it back. When financing you pay for registration etc but with this dealer we had to do everything after it was mistakenly registered on my wife's mother's name and try and claim back our money. The sales person as well as the Manager is totally ***********! I cannot believe Bidvest associates themselves with this dealer! We will be seeking legal advice to cancel the deal. Unbelievable and disappointing from a reputable franchise.

The service is amazing! However they get a zero rating from me for offering Bidvest Insurance, that insurance company is a nightmare to deal with when it comes to claims. Audi must find a better insurer to offer their customers.

Such terrible service. Unable to find the electrical fault in my car, blamed the tracker and told me to take it out. Removed tracker and then nothing changed, I attempted to get hold of someone at Audi, no one returns your call. Went down to the dealership to get assistance and all I got was a bad attitude, passing the buck. I am done with Audi after many years. Just ******* service and ******* cars.

I am appalled by the treatment I received from Audi West Rand, which shows a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic customer respect. On 3 January 2026, I app**** for finance on a 2024 MINI Countryman JCW ALL4. On 5 January, the finance was approved and I was contacted to finalise the finance details. From that moment onward, there was absolute silence from the dealership. No updates. No calls. No messages. On 7 January, I had to contact the sales representative myself to ask what was happening—only to be told that the vehicle had been sold while my finance-approved transaction was supposedly in progress. No warning. No courtesy call. No explanation. I had to find out by chasing them. This is unacceptable. Selling a vehicle while a customer’s finance is approved and then failing to communicate it shows utter contempt for the customer and a complete breakdown of sales ethics. This is not a misunderstanding—it is disgraceful behaviour and a clear failure of internal controls. Audi markets itself as a premium brand. What I experienced was arrogance, indifference, and a total lack of accountability. If this is how Audi West Rand treats finance-approved buyers, consumers should be extremely cautious. I have escalated this matter to Audi South Africa and will continue to pursue it until proper accountability is enforced. Avoid Audi West Rand unless you are prepared to be ignored, misled, and treated as disposable.

Great experience buying a used vehicle through Kagiso. Obviously need to drive it for a while to assess if it will give any trouble (fingers crossed)...but Kagiso delivered consistently good service. Well done!

Bought a car from Audi Centre West Rand on the 13th of August 2025, it had an engine light on but when I asked the Manager he assured me that the car was fine regardless of the engine light. One week down the line the car required cholent everyday for less than 5 KM travelled. On the 27Tth of October 2025 the car broke down and it was towed to the nearest dealer, amongst inspection it was identified that the car has a lot of errors one of them being the car is without compression that's why it broke down. when I called the Sales person from west Rand(Queen) she said the Manager doesn't want to pay for the strip and quote and will not approve for the loan car in the meantime. I then reverted to the dealer where the car is and they advise that the car is damaged i should take it back but the Manager from west Rand wants nothing to do with the car. Less than 2 Months the car is complete damaged.

Arranged to view a Ford Ecosport pre-owned vehicle at Audi Center Westrand this morning. We travelled from Vanderbijlpark and got there quite early but was told by Jacques (salesman) that the car was sent to the valet and will be back at 14:00pm. This was not what was discussed and agreed upon. We spent some time in the area until around 13:50pm and on our way to the dealership, I got a message from Jacques, informing us that the vehicle will be on site at 14:10pm. We arrived at around 14:00pm. At around 14:20pm I asked Jacques again what was happening but he kept telling us that the car will be there in 2 minutes. This never happened. At 14:50pm I approached Jacques again but now his story changed and I was informed that the vehicle never went for a valet but was in fact borrowed to another client for the day. The car arrived at around 15:00pm and I consulted another sales lady instead. I reviewed the car and asked for some discount. I was told that I need to speak to the dealer principle to which I agreed to as I also wanted to report the ********** service I received from Jacques. This is where everything went sour. The sales lady escorted me to the dealer principal's office. We entered and for about two minutes I was ignored as a customer. The principal. Louis Nortje, went off on the sales lady as she tried to explain why I was there in the first place. During this time, he lost his temper twice, once hitting the table with his fist. After some time of Louis going off on the sales lady, he turned is attention to me where I had to introduce myself to him! I explained my entire ordeal to him and he requested Jacques to join the conversation. During this time I mentioned to Louis that I was told that the selling price of the car was R109 000.00 and that I opt to do my own roadworthy and registration but was told that the price now was at R115 000.00 due to dealership fees. I actually asked for discount but now the price went up. This was mentioned to me by the sales lady at around 15:10pm. When Jacques joined the conversation, Louis went off on him as well and Jacques made me out as a lier, telling Louis that he did indeed tell me that the car was NOT at the valet and that the price was R115 000.00. I told Jacques to his face that he was lying...twice! Louis went off again on both sales persons. This issue, I my mind, was not addressed AT ALL by Louis, in fact, the service and professionalism he displayed was APPALING and DISGUSTING to say the least! I subsequently cancelled the purchase of the car due to the ********** service I received from Jacques and Louis. My warning to the public...I wish that NOBODY EVER need to deal with Louis Nortje, especially after seeing first hand how he deals with problems and especially, CLIENTS! It is not Audi Centre Westrand that is at fault but some of their employees. I take my hat off to Koketso who assisted me like a professional all the way. I will also report this to Audi South Africa.
