OUTSURANCE AND THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE AT IT AGAIN!! this morning spoke 4 people Prince, Muhammed, Lizel, Mantswa none able to help they tell you will call you back on this number then try a diffrent number Frustration when u return call and they dont know the person who called you no tream leader returning calls. this frustration is not worth keeping my polivcy with them. disgusting and disgusted is words i am using now. Amended policy on 25/09, then the charge me incorrectly end of month charges not agreed with consultant - told them listen to the call i dont need this aggravation and annoyance.
take your money and Run don't ever hire from them and if you do hire from them in you desperate don't ever pay anything upfront. if you cancel or if you go to cancel they give you stories and you must pay damages - which they take off any deposit upfront prior to a 'if you lucky' refund. went to SAVRALA - industry ombudsman(Y40YYO09) - useless govt department just like all the rest no accountability and unhelpful - but 'hey we help the public for funding' is their motto after that 'helping public' stops. went to AVIS head office totally unhelpful. they want take 25% of you deposit for doing nothing
Poor experience bought a battery 12 December 2023 from Orbit batteries Randburg first winter battery dies. 6 months, more or less. went back to supplier - all of a sudden now they must test battery, and my vehicle is standing while they do all this had less than 8V charge. called Willard - now its standard practice they must test the battery, but they they don't tell you all this when you buy it. terms and conditions are so small you need a telescope to read called Willard they sent me to are rep - who doesn't answer his phone. waiting to see if he calls back. Don't buy Willard - they have slipped in their reliability - big time
Delivery address incorrect - my mistake inflexible systems - 3 days later still battling to get credit to takealot account keep hearing lots of excuses from takealot staff about order must be in a certain state. Left messages for Managers - who dont call you back Honestly dont know why i punish myself by going back to this useless company my advice 'NEVER USE TAKEALOT'
DOES VODACOM head office answer their phones ? 011 653 5001 ? called at 09h08 09h09 09h11 09h41 09h45 no answer on switchboard from land line no answer on switcboard from cell number either this company hides behind call centres and team leaders who dont call you back
Disgusting service called on Friday for activation of a new service spoke to them Monday and they said they will escalate spoke to call centre Tuesday, waited 9 minutes to speak to a team leader / Manager This is disgusting customer service - rather take your business elsewhere.
worst company in world. Deal with PPM support, no sir we dont know anything please contact Martinique. never can get a straight answer from them, i pity anyone doing business with them. over charge on all electricity and water and sanitation. i actually wonder if money is paid over to metro? my advice if you hear of any complex being managed by Martinique, look elsewhere. If you complex deals with them, sell up and get out.
Poor Service from Vodacom this morning in Kelvin, my son was held up in an armed robbery at the home his iphone and ipad were taken we called Vodacom by 0845 and after 25 minutes of autmatic answers the call was cut off. i posted this on twitter and asked Vodacom Support to call me back as we wanted to block the sim and blacklist the iphone - they responded and asked idiotic questions instead of helping REMEMBER this was armed robbery in a home invasion. to cut a long story short, almost 12 hours later and Vodacom still has not called back. Screenshots of conversation can be provided, pity not on this platform. i have been a Vodacom customer for about 15 years, and to say i am disappointed is an understatement.
Terrible service against my better judgment from my last bad experience 3 years ago - i used their services - and again disappointment they could nto deliver my package as agreed. instead they send me an email they will deliver on the weekend the business is not opened weekends Delaying tactics to accumulate bank interest on funds now i have to way 72 working hours for a refund that is correct working hours = 9 days from when start of interest is processed so a lot of interest accumulated in their bank account no doubt! sent them an email objecting and now no response - silence is defeaning i gave them 24 hours before i complain to CGSO.
useless company complaining on hello peter does not help calling them 011 797 0000 - cannot assist the number and line goes dead Do you want to buy from a company who cannot assist you ? Dont encourage or support corporates and companies like thise who hide behind call centres next stop is customer ombudsman for me on line with call centre no on hold for typing of this whole message when you are in same situation you will understand
