Im not sure how you allow debit orders to go off our accounts and then refuse to reverse them and want to charge R50 for providing merchant details for us to call and ask the merchant to stop debiting our accounts. This is daylight ******* and not sure how legal this is. You guys are just wrong. PLEASE REVERSE THAT DEBIT ORDER AND STOP ALLOWING MERCHANTS TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!
My car of less than 15000km's just wouldnt start in the middle of the sports ground and it took over 90minutes to come assist me....... I whole woman with my young son, stranded and to make matters worse, when I called them, they could not find my car....Apprenetly the plates havent been updated from the permit I got in November 2024 when I Bought the car. The trauma, the coldness, the darkness, the anger. You guys need to do better or don't sell us your cars. #terrible after sale service. Thanks to my sales consultant for trying!!!! Then I was told I must call them again tomorrow morning cause it won't start again.....save me someone!!!!
I have been stopping and trying to reverse a debit order with Standard for the past 3 months and they keep allowing it through.......I am sure its must be their company cause its only R340 but it just keeps going off my account and one-one seems to care that its not my debit order.
My home internet was upgraded without my permission by the Vodacom Benoni branch and when I called to enquire they said they would investigate and provide me with the the recordings where I approved the upgrade. I spoke to Nomvula and to date nothing. I am now stranded as that internet connects my home security system and I keep having to buy 10Gig data @R149 when in the past my DATA had been enough. No call, no explanation, nothing..........please assist me urgently and take back the contract to what it was.
So I was admitted in the emergency ward in August and discovery requested a form be completed by the hospital (Life Flora Clinic) to credit my savings back and take from the in-hospital cover. I sent the form to Taryn on the 22nd August and when I requested an updated on the 25th September, this had not been submitted to discovery. She then apologised for the delay and committed to send only to send me an email on the 7th October to pay R234 for the form to be sent to discovery. Has service become a money making scheme? literally completing 2 pages and sending on file is a cost now? is that what Flora Clinic has become??? I am extremely disappointed in this regard.
I made a payment using their snapscan option on the 1st June and they have been sending me endless messages and calling cause they haven't allocated the payment onto my account, I made another payment on the 27th June and I'm sure they have not allocated it too. Harassment is an understatement to what they are doing here, I am defeated and their staff is rude when you try explain to them as well. They all say they will refer to their supervisor to send me an email to no avail. I am just tired Shem
I have a contract which i couldn't cancel which needed to transfer into my current car. Its been 2 months and everytime i call for the appointment they trll me o must speak to retentions first but are never taking my calls. Now im paying for a device that isnt even in my car!!!!!!!
Bought tickets online and apon arriving at Westgate, was told my 12yr old could not go in even if she was going in with me. Problem is there were other kids much younger going in for hypnotic a 16v movie. Although we were turned away, and refunded the principal should apply to all and the staff is rude and arrogant. Will you refund my peteol expense too
An investment account was opened for my daughter without my permission and R5200 debited from my account. My banker has failed to reverse the transaction and its been more tgan week. I was also charged interest on the overdraft for that period and lost out on an investment and. I seem to not be taken seriously by the investment administration department. I want my money back
My moms phone number was fruadulently ported to Cell C and all bank and store card sms' are now going to that number and the consultant at westgate says she cant help block tge number as the manager is not there, Bonolo she is arrogant and rude....any fraud that occurs will be cellc's fault
