I am appalled by the treatment I received from Audi West Rand, which shows a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic customer respect. On 3 January 2026, I app**** for finance on a 2024 MINI Countryman JCW ALL4. On 5 January, the finance was approved and I was contacted to finalise the finance details. From that moment onward, there was absolute silence from the dealership. No updates. No calls. No messages. On 7 January, I had to contact the sales representative myself to ask what was happening—only to be told that the vehicle had been sold while my finance-approved transaction was supposedly in progress. No warning. No courtesy call. No explanation. I had to find out by chasing them. This is unacceptable. Selling a vehicle while a customer’s finance is approved and then failing to communicate it shows utter contempt for the customer and a complete breakdown of sales ethics. This is not a misunderstanding—it is disgraceful behaviour and a clear failure of internal controls. Audi markets itself as a premium brand. What I experienced was arrogance, indifference, and a total lack of accountability. If this is how Audi West Rand treats finance-approved buyers, consumers should be extremely cautious. I have escalated this matter to Audi South Africa and will continue to pursue it until proper accountability is enforced. Avoid Audi West Rand unless you are prepared to be ignored, misled, and treated as disposable.

Tracking no YC7580749: 1. Fail to deliver on the specifed date before 5pm. 2. I call them 10 min to 5, being assured driver arrives in 30 min. 3. Driver never arrives, tracking is updated with BS like "need access card" and "attempted delivery unsuccessful"?! 4. Call them again, operator blatantly LIES and laughs at me when I call them!! This is not a "courier" worthy of the name but a bunch ******* *****ing the money the supplier charged me and lying into my face laughing!If anyone in management there has a madacam of integrity they would shut this place down.You are nothing but ********s with less integrity than a credit card **** call center in hydebarad, may you all rot in hell!

TO THIS DATE NO REPLY! 30/1/2023:Initiate "Secure Chat" on App (Thembelike,Privare Wealth Card Delivery). She advises that DSV couriers will deliver by the 2nd of Feb (Tracking Ref:15182676093) THIS TRACKING REFERENCE IS INVALID! DSV HAS NO RECORD OF THIS PARCEL! 31/1/2023:Card expires,cancelled.I have no means to transact except online. 1/2/2023: Callcenter (Evelyn Harper) advises new card is ready to collect at EASTGATE branch. Receive sms: "Your card is ready for collection at EASTGATE branch." 2/2/2023: Arrive at EASTGATE branch; CLOSED FOR RENOVATION! Thank You, Evelyn Harper! Drive to Bedford Garden Branch where I finally get issued a non-personalised card,but at least it works. This; dear,valued clients paying your "service" fees, what once was one of the best banks in the country has become.
This scam should be shut down and those operating it jailed. These are fraudsters and criminals. I am opening a fraud case against them.
No fibre service going into day 3. Reported issue to SS as required, waited for 48 hours as they asked. Told me they escalated to frogfoot. Frogfoot CANCELS the ticket because of "NO FEEDBACK"! Call SS, NO ASSISTANCE, NO FOLLOW UP, NOTHING!!! Calls, emails are NOT answered. Utterly useless, good for nothing rubbish the whole lot of them! I won't give them a cent of my money ever again!
Service down for 3rd day now; day 1"contacted ISP they escalated to 2nd level" to frogfoot, advised that resolution in progress within 48 hour SLA day2 FROGFOOT CANCELS SUPPORT TICKET WITHOUT RESOLUTION!!! When I try to call their office they HANGED UP! No response to emails either so don't bother. ISP (supersonic) does not assist at all, they get their own review here just now! This is the "service" you can expect from them for your money! Stay away from them and DO NOT SIGN UP with frogfoot or supersonic!
