I needed a legal representative and my case was allocated to Basebi on the 17th of November, she doesn’t communicate at all, im not sure whether she lacks experience or what. Until today nothing has been done on the case.
Bought a car from Audi Centre West Rand on the 13th of August 2025, it had an engine light on but when I asked the Manager he assured me that the car was fine regardless of the engine light. One week down the line the car required cholent everyday for less than 5 KM travelled. On the 27Tth of October 2025 the car broke down and it was towed to the nearest dealer, amongst inspection it was identified that the car has a lot of errors one of them being the car is without compression that's why it broke down. when I called the Sales person from west Rand(Queen) she said the Manager doesn't want to pay for the strip and quote and will not approve for the loan car in the meantime. I then reverted to the dealer where the car is and they advise that the car is damaged i should take it back but the Manager from west Rand wants nothing to do with the car. Less than 2 Months the car is complete damaged.
I did a re-and de-installation in Agust 2025 and i was told that i owe Cartrack an amount of R870, and i arranged to pay it in 2 monthly installments but car track has been debiting money in my account almost everyday, as of today car track has debited R1043.21 in my account and i just got an SMS that they will debit R315 tommorow the 25 for the de-installation. When i call their call centre they cant respond to the numerous debits
Bought an electric blanket at takelot, it stopped working after a week , i returned it to Stingray because i was told it has a 12 months warranty but to my suprised i received the blanket after few days and it wasnt fixed i was told that ''after assessing the blanket, it has been determined that it was not properly secured and used according to the provided instructions'' that is why they are returning it.
Been waiting for installation since the 13th of August, when i call im told they have scheduled an appointment for tommorow until now and the worse part is if i want to cancel they need cancellation fee.
I have been trying to cancel MTN WIFI router from frebruary 2025 at Mid water Middelburg , The consultant indicated that it doesnt allow them to cancel it says deceased. i have then escalated the matter to their complaint department but nothing is happening and im getting invoices monthly that im owing them,how i dont know since i have returned the router and signed the cancellation forms.
Bad customer service, this is a third week i dont have internet. they do not update me, i calle them everyday without being assisted
Very bad service, i don’t have internet for 2 weeks. I call them everyday but I’ve been sent from pillar to post. They want full payment at the end of the month and I’ve loaded a cancellation which needs approval and billing. Home connect its a **** do not fall for it.
*********** lawyers, they never solved even a single case. They always put cases on hold withouth informing clients.
This store does not even deserve a star. I bought an iPhone at Incredible connections at Higveld Mall, Witbank. Mable was the sales person. I concluded a contract with her on the (27/11/2023) and when she was supposed to give me the phone she told she me that the phone was out of stock but they have it in their warehouse which is in pretoria and she promised that it will be delivered the following day (28/11/2023)the latest at 14:00 up to date i have been waiting, im calling their number and no one is picking, i want to cancel the contract now. bad service ever.
