We went for an open day at Shepstone gardens. We were looking at having our wedding at shepstone gardens, it was my dream venue. It was a complete disappointment. The person who showed us around, he was so rude and unprofessional. He attempted to sell us a venue at another location (his location) and acted very paranoid saying he has to be careful of what he says because there are spies all around him. It was all very strange. He then attempted to sell us a date for a "lower price" however would cut out the food vendors and suggest one he knows. He also spoke badly about the food vendors the company associates with. All of this was too much but what irritated me the most was in his response to me emails thereafter he always spelt my name incorrectlyk, not a big deal but does not speak to a quality customer service.
I made a booking at the Michael Angelo through booking.com, a few days before I was meant to check in. I phoned them just to make sure of my booking. Thank goodness I did, due to Covid the Michael Angelo was not even open. But booking. Com took my money and I still have not been refunded! Everytime I ask when will I get my money it says it has been processed and it is the banks side! This is daylight robbery! How can you advertise falsely!
I sent flowers to my cousin via netflorist as my aunt had passed away. I got her details wrong I spent time and airtime changing the details which I admit was my fault. But that was over a week ago and they still havent delivered. I asked for a refund nothing has been done.
