I would like to write a review about iKhokha...i called support and Simone was our lady. She is fantastic...solved our issues in minutes.
Do not use this company. Service is absolutely ****. No support when needed, especially over weekends( busiest time in hospitality...go figure)...another typically **** SA service company.
I joined EyeSupply about 3 months ago. I have ordered contact lenses twice now and received unbelievably good service and delivery. They are very service orientated and their prices are truly amazing. Before i can even track my order....it is delivered. Thumbs up!!
Fnb business banking...YOU ARE TERRIBLE!! I made a measley R200 payment to a vendor that has not reflected on their side. They asked me to reverse it and repay it. I thought this was acceptable until i discovered FNB CHARGES ME R313 to reverse it!!!! ***??? WHAT A RIP OFF!!! And then you wander why i am going to walk in and close my small business account. ****ING DISGRACEFUL...GO STEAL FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
I, along with 1000s of other people that had their income taken from them in the sports arts and culture industry, and OBVIOUSLY could not pay our bills...are now being harrassed by these companies and even threatened with legal action. Mr Price is now threatening me with legal action....and on top of it all...the people calling me are RUDE, OBNOXIOUS ****HOLES WHO OBVIOUSLY ARE OBLIVIOUS TO ANYONES SITUATION. They themselves have obviously not had to endure our demeaning, self respect stripping life over the past 14 months. I actually told the woman who called me today " you are ****ing rude" and put the phone down. Mr Price...if you feel the need to summons me...GO AHEAD...I WELCOME THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT MY CASE IN COURT. Lets see how a judge will view the way we have had to beg, borrow, sell, and more...just to survive!!! In the meantime...MR PRICE...SUCK EGGS
Mweb must be the worst company in SA. I cancelled my account months ago, and EVERY MONTH, they debit my account...AFTER CLOSING IT !!!! This costs me time and money(as well as irritation and anger) to reverse. Mweb YOU SUCK!!! I will never refer anyone to you, in fact i am going to let people know, on social media, just how **** you are. You are a disgrace to SA businesses that actually give a **** about their clients.
After a harsh, unpaid, 7month lock down in which i tried to keep everyone happy with small payments, i make an arrangement to catch up my arrears with Beame( tracking company) by splitting the final outstanding amount into 2 payments , one on 3rd of december and one on 3rd of january. On 1st of december these *****s deduct 2 additional amounts and a further amount on the 3rd december!!!!!! THEN I GET ATTORNEY LETTERS FOR A BALANCE OF R29 !!!!!!!!! I then tried, approx 12 times, to call them, left 6 messages, asked a customer care lady(who has no clue) to get a manager to call me back(3 times)....STILL NO RESPONSE TO DATE. I will now cancel my debit order and only pay what i can. ***** U BEAME....USELESS F#$%^&
And here I am again in 2020....2 months after starting my quest to have my Cell C account added to my Credit Reports. the latest bull**** being told to me now is "I think Cell C has sent your update to the wrong emails" WHAAAAT !!! Cell C has been doing this for years BUT, my update is going to the wrong person....UTTER BULL****. Lets assume that Cell C had sent my update request to the wrong person....CAN THAT PERSON NOT FORWARD IT TO THE CORRECT PERSON !!!!!! *** !!! Further to this.....Trans Union replies, on this platform, that they have sent me an email to assist me in sorting out this problem.....they did....and I filled in the complaint....And I have heard NOTHING from them in the last 4 weeks(they again said it would take 14 days to rectify)....**** Story. Today I called XDS, another credit organisation, and got the same runaround. Every time I say " give me the correct email addresses and I will make sure that it is the one that Cell C is sending to...." , the answer is the same " Aaah No, we cant give you that info, Cell C should know where to send it to"....***, they tell me its Cell C that is the problem....BUT THEY WILL NOT HELP ME CORRECT IT THEN???? Personally, this is why so many people are leaving SA....they are tired of this 3rd world , incompetent and useless service we receive. I AM NOW TRULY FINISHED WITH THIS ATTITUDE IN SA.
Well Well Well....here I am AGAIN. Refer to my last review on this ****ty company to understand my frustration now!! It has now been over 2 weeks since Cell C sent the relevant documentation to these useless %^&$#@, so that my credit report could be updated. Last week,Monday, out of desperation, I called TU and got them to issue an urgent escalation,(with a reference number ) which I was told would take 48hrs to be actioned, and my problem would be a thing of the past.....FAT JOKE!!! During this mess, I also received a message from TU saying that an email had been sent so I could inform them of the exact problem and someone would pay attention to my case. To this day I have not received the email. Wonderful service TU, and the frightening thing is......these uncaring, heartless,unsympathetic,blase,cold and unconcerned "service teams" , know that there is nothing we can do about it. Take your Wait and See attitude and shove it as far up yourselves as possible. What a pity that this is the type of company that we have to put up with. Once again....YOU SUCK !!!
