To the owner or manager or whoever is in charge of Gateway Mug and Bean. It's a restaurant where I want to eat in peace and be able to have a conversation without screaming. It's not your personal dance club ! I asked for the two simultaneously playing songs to be turned down, but waiter said no !
Horrendous service. Went in with 39 degree fever asking for Covid test. They refuse to take my medical aid that covers 150% rates at ALL hospitals in SA. Asked for R2600 to open a file before calling a doctor. Pathetic. Had to get a rapid test from local old age home.
Worst.......Service.......Ever !!!! They ignore any attempts at returning unwanted items. Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic, we would rather shop online than in crowded stores. Chances are, things ordered online might not fit or might not be what you expected. Other sites like Zando, takealot, etc. collect returns immediately with no issue. I cannot get Cotton on to even answer me, never mind actually collecting the return. Money down the drain. I will for as long as I live never buy from them again.
Ordered an item and paid for it same time - 26 Nov . Site promises delivery within 5 business days. 6 Dec, order has not even been processed !!! Once the call centre answers my calls after about 20minutes each time, they supposedly lodge complaints of which I never receive any written confirmation. Not a single soul can tell me why the item that is apparently in stock at the warehouse cannot be processed and couriered. Never, ever will I use this useless, terrible supplier again !!! Zero customer service, zero effort, zero will to ****** do business. I will make sure to tell every person I know to never use this terrible company.
