There have been at least 3 occasions where I have requested service form this store. I leave my contact details and I get ignored. Each time I follow up, they say that "they have sent the product back". They never bothered to contact me to tell me that my product was available for me to collect. Shocking service. This over a 3 year period. Unfortunately I was given a Tiissot watch for a birthday and have to get Time products when there is a problem. I wish I could take my business elsewhere.
Probably all banks have started this, but it is very annoying - I called my local branch of Nedbank on a number I have been using for years, I get connected to a call centre. It took 10 minutes to get connected! This is progress?
