I had an online transaction that i did not authorise on the 05th December 2024 an amount of R373 was deducted from GAMESCOPE-HL.COM UK GB, I called the bank and one of the consultant told me my money will be in my account within 72 hours, up to this date i did not get my money as per their promise, I did a follow-up today 10th December 2023 and one of the consultant told me that i will get my money within 31 days, as their customer i feel like they are *********** because i got differend feedbacks from people who work at the same bank .HelloPeter please help me get my money back

Hi hello Peter please help me here .I don't know whether this is the right platform or not .Last year around October I applied for an internship through indeed .Got a replied by the company to come for an interview .I went there only to find out its not an interview but assessment test and they told us it is another way of recruiting because their HR was unavailable, ohk fine the following day day I got a call from them saying they are considering me for an intenship they will communication when to come and sign a contract. Got a message after two weeks I went there to sign and was suppose to start early January .come January they postponed to March. Come March March no communication from them and mind you I have rejected other offers from other companies knowing I have signed a contract with them .and unfortunately I don't have a copy of that contract they promised to sent it via email since their reception lady was busy with their copy machine .I'm worried they might register me as employed while I'm still hunting and that will close doors for other employer that might be interested to employ me .please help on what steps should I follow to expose them the name of the company is Premedata service
Poor service at sportscene My sister bought a phone at sports scene using her account .the phone was stolen she went to the store to claim early this year April.it has been 3 months without any responds from sports scene
I ordered two telkom contract Sim card. And amount that was deducted on my account was not the amount that we agreed on. This issue has affected my credit score because they have handed me over to their attorneys for a service that I have never used. I want to clear my name on that amount what are the prosedures. It's hurt to pay for a service that u did not use. Now I hav a company that want to employ me but they promise to reject my offer because of Telkom
Hi hello Peter please help me I have a problem with cartract. The problem started when I changed my bank details and the date of debit. They use to debit on the last day of the month so I change it to he 5th of every month but now they are using those two date to debit my bank
I saw this company advertising their company saying they help people to reduce their monthly credit statement .I saw an opportunity of reducing my credit because im blacklisted .i received a call from one of their call center agent and he explained their procedure .and i told them i will weigh my option first and see if i can take their offer or not .so now my problem is they put my name under debt review which i never gav them permision to do so .
Poor service .I was at work while i received a message from my account saying i had a transaction purchase of R597.06 which i did not make .i stopped my card and contacted their customer service .They told me its an online shopping .Ever since i opened an account with capited i never did online shopping .hours later i went to their branch at Hyper Rama they told they are going to do investigations and contact me after 2 to 3 working days. Even today i never received any call from Capitec.The sad part is when they told me im going to be charged when they are going to dispute my money .they said if its outside South Africa they will charge R150 then around SA R60 .I was asked them how can they charge me while its their negligence on mine .I thought my money i save with capitec but i was lying to my self .helloPeter please help to get my money back.
