I hired my suit by them and organized to bring the suit back after my honeymoon to which they agreed, after bringing my suit back they wanted to charge me an extra R95 for each day the suit is late. They also did not want to refund me the fee after I paid 2500 for the suit, after the fact that we called and they confirmed the price to hire a suit was R950 Worst service ever, stay away from this place as the people working there is very rude
Terrible service from Discovery Discovery has the ****tiest customer service ever!! If you are a new client that wants to sign up you can actually speak to a person in less than a minute. But if you are an existing client you must deal with the computer and listen to different options for over an hour, only to be transferred to someone's voicemail service! This happened to me today for the 5th time already!!! Emails are also not working apparently, presume this also goes to voicemail I have been waiting 3 days for anyone to get back to me in any form, I have sent emails, tried calling, no luck Will definitely not recommend this **** service to anyone!!

So I applied for Afrihost fibre whilst I still have a LTE Advance 50 gig monthly package, so they came to install the fibre on 28/11/2019, then we heard by the person installing the fibre that we needed to submit documents to afrihost in order for us to get the new router and for internet to be activated. So we went on client zone and submitted the documents, still waiting for the router, day after that out account is disabled on afrihost client zone , so we call afrihost without luck, we logged support requests without luck, day 3 after that we still havent had anyone from afrihost come back to us with regard to the problem. We then call them again and they confirm that our account is in order and they will activate our account again. We waited the whole day, account not activated. We called them the next morning to find out what is wrong and why our account is still not activated and our internet (LTE and Fiber) is not working, because according to them we owe them 1100 rand for Fiber for December and we can only get the router once we pay this amount So we paid this amount and asked them again to reactivate everything Afrihist then went and cancelled our fiber after we already paid for Fiber and for our LTE package This needs to sorted out
