Do NOT go here. Their sunbed does not go for maintenance. I went for their sunbed and I got a blotchy uneven tan. I contacted the owner who showed no remorse, no apology and was just plain out rude. Save yourself money and trauma and stay away from this place. I can only imagine how bad the rest of their services must be.
I have had the most terrible service from Vodacom. I have tried to cancel my contract for 2 weeks now and have had no success nor customer service. I go into V&A Waterfront store to cancel my contract. They tell me I need to call in 082 135 to cancel. I then call 082 135 and they tell me to email businessrecoveries@vodacom.co.za I then email this email address with the relevant documents I was told to submit. I receive no response after 1 week so I email again and still no response. I go back into waterfront store to see if they can help since I have had no response but the lady working there and the manager were both very rude and unhelpful. She tells me to now call 0821940 after much reluctance. I call they tell me to email businessrecoveries@vodacom.co.za This is what I’ve been dealing with for 2 weeks. Absolutely shocking service and getting absolutely no where. In this competitive environment, why would I support a company that doesn’t support me?
