I've been given the worst treatment by miway my first accident claim since I've been with them for the past six years i was told the damage to my car is cheap i should repair my car privately how absurd is that had it been expensive it was gonna be a write off so this a **** they pulling to other customers beware this is a money making scheme not out there to assis us stayaway
π‘π‘π‘π‘I rented a property with VARTRUST REAL ESTATE, at Birch Acres 15 Munungu street. Paid all the money required to rent the property. The Rental, Deposit, Lease Preparation fee, Credit check fee, Deposit admin fee, and Exit inspection fee. Now that I vacated the property, I gave them a month notice and a proof of my account details. I was told it will ONLY take 7 DAYS after vacating the property for me to receive my RENTAL DEPOSIT back and today Marks DAY 17 and I still don't have my money. I'm getting a run around from my former Agent and their Admin, I am not being assisted. I'm not sure if A Legit business should treat it's clients this way. I am so disappointed and angry. WHY REQUIRE A MONTH NOTICE IF YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT GOING TO DELIVER A GOOD SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENT? I WISH NOT to ADVICE ANYONE to use VARTRUST REAL ESTATE PROPERTYπ‘π‘π‘π‘ THEY FAIL TO MEET THEIR PROMISES. UNHAPPY CUSTOMERπ‘π‘ππππ
I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED on the service I've been getting at AMERICAN SWISS at Menlyn Mall PTA.π‘π‘π‘it's been 3 following weekends me driving to that shop and not getting any assistance. π‘ The MANAGER there runs the shop like she's the owner of the company or she has shares in the business, she has forgotten that she's there to serve customers and treat them equally. Not serve them according to colour or who has more money. I felt so undermine, remember it's my money that I'm using to buy and to be treated as such it's pure ****π‘π€¬. I would not advise anyone to shop for anything there, especially when that lady is still Manager. I'm even wondering, how the hell did she get that position because she's knows nothing about CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY.!!!!!!! Each time I go there she refuses other staff members to assist me because she wants to bully me.
A TERRIBLE and WORSE nightmare experience i had with a company that i trusted with my car. I decided to cover my car with KINGPRICE Insurance and I learned the hard way, the worst decision I've ever made. I have never endured so much unfairness, a repair costing less than 30k is a mission for them to handle and to have to make an additional cost of 3k is a mission that takes the company over 2 months to approve. I'm so devastated yet on their Slogan they promise "to get you on the road soon" and i thought the client is King not really, Kingprice is as they enjoy chowing my money with half the cover. Why then do i need them to cover me if they cannot complete and close a job for a First time Claimant, the worst is No one seems to take you seriously. All they do is promise to help you but none of their department at the Menlyn branch is effective when it comes to that. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, A very disappointed Client.
