Cancelled Policy still deducting!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my policy with them and received a letter of confirmation of cancellation but they are still sending me messages that I owe them and requesting debit orders. How pathetic is this .. Is this company working on a beach or ***********??? I will not recommend them to anyone

PAID UP LETTER REQUESTED FOR MONTHS

I am still awaiting for my PAID UP letter with get bucks account yet the account was paid up long time ago. I have being trying to call over and over again with no success. The company is quick to inform the credit bureaus of non payments but not quick with customer services after the account was paid.
