I am experiencing a problem with Apex Motor warranty refusing to pay for my vehicle, the turbocharger assembly has failed this after inspection it was discovered that I has cause some other damages in the engine. The claim was forwarded to claims department of which it is a two in one Claim, being the Turbo and the Engine. Claus being the national claims manager is stating that they can only pay for the turbo which is the lesser qoute than the engine. According to the policy schedule it state that in the even of the two in one Claim they pay for the higher quote, in my case being the Engine. I am sitting without the car for the past 4 weeks now with no solid explanation as to why can't they pay for my engine. This matter is really frustrating because of all the excuses they are making to avoid paying for my engine. Claus being the national claims manager is taking me back and forth with the series of emails but with no good outcome. He is not worried about my situation but only to avoid the claim as much as he can.
I have previously had 3 decoders on my name and in December 2020 I cancelled 2 decoders and I was left with one, but to my surprise everytime I make payment for my decoder I'm told that I'm still owing money for the other decoders that I have cancelled. In January I battled to get my services reconnected such that I made numerous calls of which I was not getting helped . Worst part they made me hold for over 30 Min per call and after that 30 Min they just drop the phone. In February I had the same problem after they had said my matter has been resolved in January. I have spent over a thousand Rands worth of airtime trying to fix this matter but to my surprise as we speak today I'm sitting without a TV after making a payment for it at the end of march. The service at MultiChoice is terrible and they can't resolve a thing you bring into their attention instead the treat you like a stupid full who has no brains. This is the last of it and I'm really tired and frustrated. I have sent over 20 emails to Helpdstv and the only thing you get is just the auto response nothing else.. MultiChoice is pathetic I promise you and I don't see any better person who address you if you have a problem
I bought a car with this dealership and as I left the dealership with the car it started mulfunctioning, cuts out the Turbocharger, showing airbags light and engine management light. I immediately turned around to leave the car with them as they were no longer answering my calls. They refused to take the car back and also refused to refund my money.
