I purchased lounge couches from Bradlows (Randburg branch) on 10 October 2024 for my home in Newlands, Durban. The total cost was R20,000. In November 2025, the stitching on the 3-seater couch started tearing. I reported the issue at the Randburg branch and was told to log a repair online, which I did on 11 November 2025. Two weeks later, I received an email stating my case was closed due to “no pictures attached” even though I had attached them. I opened another case with pictures again, but received no response or assistance. Every time I followed up at the Randburg branch, they said the case status was still “New.” The condition of the couches has worsened since my first complaint. On 7 January, I called again, and the manager at Randburg told me to open a fifth case and send her the reference number for follow-up. Still, nothing has been done. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend such a large amount of money and receive no support when something goes wrong. I’m extremely disappointed with Bradlows and their lack of customer care.
I am not happy with their online service. I ordered a sound bar on the 2nd of December, today is the 9th.still no delivery, they are not answering their phones nor responding to emails. I am so ****ed with their rubbish service.
