This is a major **** company. I've been called and told that I've been applying for loans and have been declined, when I disputed informing the agent that I have not app**** for any loans and that I want the full information she queried if my cell number was correct, thereafter she pretended that the call was breaking up and disconnected. I expect their offices to contact me regarding this matter!!!
I have requested Innovation Group to place me on their do not contact/call list on numerous occasions as I do not wish to receive any form communication or marketing updates from their company yet my requests are ignored. Should I receive another call as I have previously informed the Innovation Group advisors, I will be taking up my complaint to DMASA.
I'd like to compliment Ephraim Maaga, for the great service he provided me this week. He helped me change over to a new policy and made sure that the process was easy and efficient. Keep up the great work!! 😄
I received policy documents stating that MiWay Life has agreed to "cover my life" at no cost for two months. I did not AGREE, SIGN UP or CONSENT to my information being transmitted from MiWay Insurance Ltd to MiWay Life which is a violation in terms of POPI and I specified to the MiWay consultant on 22/11/2022, that I am not interested in taking up any policy with MiWay because I cancelled my insurance two years ago for a reason. How are individuals being approved LIFE INSURANCE without their permission or any interest in taking up such policy????? I expect to be contacted and the policy to be removed with immediate effect from my name as it will most definitely affect any other policy I may wish to take with another service provider.
Impossible to contact this company. We have been calling and emailing for months with no response. The sterns account has been settled yet reflects as in arrears on the retailers side. I demand a paid up letter and my name to be cleared by close of business 26th November 2021 failing of which I will be reporting this matter to the LPC along with proof that I am not the only customer facing the same issue with this collections company/firm.
Useless services with no response, I have uploaded my FICA documents during the first week of July and I was asked to send another copy which I did, and I am still awaiting feedback to withdraw funds?? I emailed as well with absolutely no response???
