I ordered sneakers on 5 dec...still have not received it..it now 4 Jan..they don't respond to messages yet daily on Instagram.. after much hounding, they sent me a courier slip..when I phoned courier guy to track my order, they said the courier was canceled. Does this sound like a legitimate business to you? Becareful...money taken from me and no sneakers 1 month later.....all my messages are being ignored. I have had NO communication from Sole Couture.
I am having an awful experience with Sole couture. I purchased sneakers online and have yet to receive them.. I am unable to get to a hold of anyone to find out where my order is. Seems like a ghost company. Money gone...and no sneakers to show for it..do not buy from them.
I am completely disgusted at the service offered on the price lock... We have been loyal customers of MultiChoice for many years... And since the switch to the price lock have encountered numerous problems with very little assistance. We have been faithfully paying the subscription although NOT enjoying the benefits of the service... Yet.. Miss one installment and MultiChoice is quick to disconnect... Since the 8th of December we have had a problem with connecting to dstv... Subscription paid!!! And sitting on the phone for lengthy periods waiting to be assisted and still 2 days later there is no help... What putrid service!!! For the price we pay for dstv surely there should be better customer service... Surely we shudnt be waiting in excess of 24 hours for assistance... Absolutely disgusting!!
