Disgusting service from D and L Photography and Eventing
Absolutely appalling service. Firstly, the picnic we paid for was constantly being postponed. We were informed of various issues they were facing but remained calm. The picnic eventually happened in mid-October last year (it was supposed to happen in early September for my birthday). A photographer was paid for so we did not take any pictures of our own. It is now February 2022 and we still have not received any images. My boyfriend has called them, I have called them and so has my friend. We have heard an array of excuses including that the images were sent to us twice. During the second call I made, I was told I'd be emailed the images again and that I will receive a link on WhatsApp. The last call I made was 22/02/23. I was informed I'd receive a WhatsApp message that afternoon with my pics. I also requested screenshots, from the rude and unnamed woman I spoke with, of the emails of the pics I was allegedly sent. The lack of communication is disgusting. I have recorded my last phone conversation with them and screenshotted my messages - which have never received a response. I also checked their social media. On Instagram, their last post received a comment from someone complaining about never receiving their pics. I will never recommend their unprofessional service.

MILKY LANE TABLE MAY MALL
Through Uber Eats I ordered waffles from Milky Lane Table Bay Mall. I'm from Durban and usually my waffles are completed and fluffy upon arrival from Milky Lane, all I do is add my ice cream. This restaurant sent me two flat pancake versions of 'waffles' and every single item was sent separately. I paid for a bar one waffle and a banana waffle and got a DIY mess.

Pathetic Customer Service.
I am utterly appalled at the service I have received from Mrp Online. I placed an order over a week ago and paid for express click and collect. After my third phone call to Mrp, I was told that my order will be delivered tomorrow! I have supported Mrp for years after this however, don’t think I’ll be buying from them again!
