On the busiest day at the end of the month, ABSA Tugervalley only has 2 tellers working with a total of 4 teller desks. Only 2 are open! You know it will be busy since another ABSA location in the Tugervalley area is closed. The line is so long that all the available seats are full and people are standing against the wall waiting too. No staff to direct or help. This is unacceptable. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and only 4 people have been helped out of 18! I am not impressed at all. Is this how you treat customers?
My daughter has been with Bev for many years. She has wanted to branch out to other genres of dance but here is the problem.... She can't find anyone who has the same level of excellence. There are many dance teachers out there but few have the ability to teach and instruct the young ballet dancers with an exceptional level of excellence. Bev and her fellow instructor are ex-CAPAB ballet dancers. They bring experience, commitment to the young dancers and a kind loving nature. #supportlocal Should be a creed within the dance world. You won't find a better school of ballet for your aspiring young dancer. She has a studio in Paarl and in Durbanville.
I have been remiss in taking care of my physical well being. This year, I began the year with renewed vigor and determination to address that very issue. Enter, Incrementum Fitness #supportlocal Zach Snyman and Stephan Faasen are the owners of this new company. They are more than just personal trainers. Each has a strength|gifting in different areas that complement each other. They work together to fashion a fitness routine tailor-made for you as an individual, a sport team, a high school team. They even do sports massage too! As a result of their input and training, I have lost centimeters and am getting fitter. I'm not where I want to be yet but I know with their guidance, encouragement and tough love, I will get there. #supportlocal businesses! These young men have integrity, passion and s**** and their so much fun to be around!
I have always loved candles but have found it difficult to find the two name brands which I love. They are imported and the only other place I have found them is in Johannesburg, where I do not often go. A few months ago, I discovered at Tygervalley Center in Bellville, on the bottom floor is JJ Cale. They opened up just before December. Not only did they have the two candle brands I have looked for (WoodWick & Yankee Candles), they also had car fresheners, tobacco products and other gift items. Not only have we met the owner who is a lovely lady but the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. You want to chat, get to know the product and as a result of their wonderful service, you come back again and again. Thank you so much!
I have been working with them since February 2020. I have been a tad lazy with regards to my physical well-being but decided that this year, there would be a change. Not only has my fitness levels improved but I found Stephan and Zach, the owners of Incrementum Fitness to be professional, knowledgable and more than capable in what they do. They have adjusted my fitness routines to adapt to some of my physical challenges but are tough, encouraging and I love it! I would highly recommend them for corporate fitness, personal or even fitness for sports teams at high schools or primary schools.
I wish we could give a rating of negative 1000!!!! We have NEVER had an experience like we have had with Vodacom!! We recently moved from one estate where you could ONLY use Vodacom to another where in the newer area of the estate, we can ONLY use Vodacom. We applied for a transfer from our old house to the new one months ago, to discover....They have no record. We must send the documents again. We did so. Nothing happened. My poor husband kept getting conflicting emails and smses from Vodacom. He eventually called and they were confused. He eventually had to cancel the transfer and then apply to take over the Vodacom service already at the house.... a few days later....at the beginning of Dec (1st) the internet switched off. He calls Vodacom again....there's no record of a transfer and you can't take over an existing account, you must apply for a new service. please send the supporting documents (he has done this a few times now) He spent over an hour on the phone with Vodacom. This continued for a few days. Eventually, Vodacom said we'll do a fibre installation on Tuesday, 9th December at 09h00. It's Tuesday. NO technicians arrived. I waited an hour before I called. The only way Vodacom communicates with the technicians is through EMAIL!!!! Are you kidding me???? If the technicians refuse to answer the email...you sit and wait. I've now spoken to two different people at the call centre. They've sent emails and the technicians haven't responded. I must wait an hour or two for the technician to call me or respond to their email. You CANNOT be serious???? We need fibre for business. We are unfortunate to have to deal with VODACOM again. If You can avoid them....do so!! Their service to the customer is pathetic. There seems to be no resolutions and we are still sitting without fibre. We started the whole process more than a month and a half ago and did as instructed by VODACOM and apparently they don't actually know what they are doing.
