Paying my premiums every month for years now and when you want to claim, they look for technical issues, just to reject your claim. Typical insurance company attitude
I took my vehicle in for a service to Toyota Hatfield. They switched of my park assist whilst cleaning my car on the inside. A day or two after that, I bumped my car, because the park assist didn't notify me. They (Caroline) admitted that it might be their mistake and volunteer to help me replace the park assist sensor (which broke during the bump). The cost to replace the sensor is ±R1750. They are only prepared to pay 10 %. The other R1575 is now my problem. Then they claimed to cover the labour as well. But this is a plug, no effort to replace it myself. Then send a complaint to Toyota South Africa, they did not even bother to answer me. Be sure not to visit them, you might end up with an unexpected extra head ache.
