I had and issue with them not debiting me and canceling my policy however I called and spoke to a Consultant who then put me through to Tasneem that sorted me issue out very quickly. I was ready to call and fight with them as it was not my fault but the assistance I received was beyond exceptional. 10 out of 10 to Santum and Tasneem
Utterly disgraceful. The worst service I ever received. I added extra services with them and they never added the the amount to my debit order after a few month they want to suspend my account because of a error their consultant made . I spoke to several consultants that are extremely pathetic. I am so disgraced. I thought they were a reputable company but I had the worst experience with them. The consultant also told me refer someone successfully and get two months free. I referred two people and now conveniently the promotion wasn't running in that time frame.
Hi good evening I would just like to share the experience I had with myaa auto. Earlier this year I bought a vehicle from a gentleman that bought this vehicle from myaa auto. The gentleman never finished the change of ownership and thus the car was still registered on myaa auto's name. I then was told by an official at the municipality that I would have to get hold of the proxy of the company to accompany me to the municipality just to give the go a head for them to give me a duplicate of the papers of the car so I could do the change of ownership and pay the license up to date. I then called to ask whether the proxy could accompany but she said she wouldn't have the time but what I could do is I could allow her to take care of all the nessessary paper work and change of ownership and getting the license up to date how ever I would have to give her the money to pay the penalties . I then did so an go the receipts and change of ownership forms to fill in and everything. She told me it would take a week . She then told me the that paper are sorted an that they would drop it for me. Then for a whole week they had some lame excuse. Then she said I have to fetch it and everytime I told her I could come today she would say she not at the office or she here or there. So a week turned into a month and a month turned into there and today still I am struggling to get either my money back or the papers they say was done. I spoke to the branch manager and he also gave me a whole lot of empty promises and now doesn't even respond to my texts or anything.
